Journalists and Red Cross bring meaningful gifts to families of revolutionary contributors in Khanh Hoa

In honor of Vietnam's War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the Khanh Hoa Journalists Association and the Red Cross Society delivered 30 meaningful gifts to families who contributed to the nation's revolutionary cause. The charitable act took place on July 26 and 27 in the communes of Ca Na and Dien Dien.

This is a meaningful activity aimed at honoring those who have made many contributions and sacrifices for the cause of national liberation, and at the same time contributing to encouraging policy families to overcome difficulties in life.

Each recipient family received a gift package worth 2.5 million VND, comprising 2 million VND in cash and goods valued at 500,000 VND. This initiative aims to express gratitude for the sacrifices made during the struggle for national liberation and to provide encouragement for these families to thrive.

The delegation visited and spoke with mothers Phan Thi Cuc and Nguyen Thi Be, both recognized for their contributions and past imprisonment by enemy forces. The group inquired about their health and well-being, conveying deep respect for their sacrifices and wishing them continued health and happiness.
