Junior Marabel Stars as Sarmiento Beats Atlético Tucumán 2-1

Sarmiento secured a valuable 2-1 away victory against Atlético Tucumán at the Estadio Monumental José Fierro, marking a significant result in the fourth round of the Argentine Torneo Clausura.

The match remained goalless through the first half, characterized by cautious play and a midfield battle with few clear chances. However, tactical adjustments by Sarmiento's coach, Facundo Sava, in the second half provided the visitors with greater attacking depth.

Atlético Tucumán pressed for a comeback and found a goal in the 81st minute through Luciano Vallejo, who headed in a corner kick to narrow the deficit to 2-1 and add late drama.

Despite the late pressure from Atlético Tucumán, Sarmiento's defense held firm. Crucial saves from goalkeeper Thyago Ayala in added time helped secure the strategic win, earning Sarmiento vital points and reinforcing their effectiveness in away games.
