The group argues that Yanina is a victim herself, alleging she was "subdued" and held in a "dog pound."

Activists stated that Dafne Zapata Quintos's death has "uncovered a cesspool" of misconduct at the academy, located near the Ciudad Madero City Hall. They expressed disappointment that neighbors were unaware of the activities occurring within the school.

The protesters also called for public hearings for the director, Jorge Luis, and another individual named Estrellita, whose physical presence and identities remain unclear amid speculation. They also hold prosecutor Rosalba Hernández Gutiérrez responsible for the alleged disappearance of crucial testimony from the investigation file.

One former student, Emanuel, described the situation as an "injustice" and pledged continued support for Yanina. Another ex-student recounted personal mistreatment, including being "tabled" by individuals sent by Estrellita, which occurred about three years prior. A supporting mother expressed her distress over Yanina's situation, particularly her transfer to a penal facility.
