K-pop group Babymonster to headline Adidas Orchard Ignition event in Singapore

Singaporean fans of K-pop group Babymonster have a chance to see the popular girl group live in August. Babymonster will attend the Adidas Orchard Ignition event, a collaboration between Adidas and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team, scheduled for August 29 and 30.

The event promises a dynamic experience on Orchard Road, featuring a live race car demonstration where Danish racer Fred Vesti will drive a Mercedes-AMG car. Babymonster will officially flag off this demonstration before participating in a hot lap.

On August 30, a fan festival will take place at Design Orchard. While Babymonster's appearance from 6:00 PM to 6:35 PM is exclusive to ticketed winners, the public can enjoy live performances by Singaporean singers Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi, along with a DJ set by Kiara, from 6:35 PM onwards. These performances are free, subject to controlled entry.

Fans eager to attend the fan festival can participate in promotions on Adidas Singapore's social media pages until August 25 for a chance to win tickets. Thibault Durand, senior vice president and general manager for Adidas Southeast Asia, highlighted Singapore's iconic status in Formula 1 and expressed pride in bringing together motorsport, music, and culture for this unique event in the city center.

This event precedes Babymonster's return to Singapore for their Choom concert on November 28 and 29 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
