K-pop group EVNNE receives special Hallyu award, vows to promote Korean culture

K-pop group EVNNE has been honored with the special Hallyu award at the 8th Newsis Hallyu Expo held at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The award recognizes their contributions to the global spread of Korean culture.

Accepting the award, EVNNE expressed their deep gratitude, stating, "Thanks to the love of our fans, we have been able to perform on stages around the world. We take this as encouragement to work harder and widely promote the charm of K-pop." The group conveyed their honor in receiving such a meaningful award at an event celebrating Hallyu.

EVNNE also extended their thanks to their fandom, ENNVE, and their agency staff. The Newsis Hallyu Expo aims to highlight individuals and companies contributing to the advancement of K-culture. The special Hallyu award, presented to EVNNE, is given to rising stars in the industry, following last year's recipient, the group KISS OF LIFE.

Since their debut, EVNNE has been actively promoting their music. They released their first single 'Backtalk' earlier this year, engaging in activities in both South Korea and Japan. Last year, the group embarked on a world tour, visiting 25 cities across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Their mini-album 'LOVE ANECDOTE(S)' and its title track 'How Can I Do' have achieved success, including two music show wins.
