Kadıköy Municipality Announces Tender for Park and Green Space Renovations

The Kadıköy Municipality is actively working to enhance the quality of its public spaces by initiating a comprehensive tender for the renovation and repair of its parks and green areas. This initiative, scheduled for the 2026 fiscal year, underscores the municipality's commitment to maintaining and improving the aesthetic and functional aspects of the district's natural environments.

The tender process, managed under Turkey's Public Procurement Law No. 4734, will utilize an open auction method. Crucially, all bids must be submitted electronically via the EKAP platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the procurement process. This digital approach aligns with modern administrative practices and aims to broaden participation.

The scope of work is extensive, covering electrical systems, plumbing, and landscaping across 99 construction items, 45 electrical items, and 32 plumbing items. The project is slated for completion within 200 calendar days from the date of site delivery, indicating a focused timeline for the upgrades. This effort reflects Kadıköy's dedication to providing its residents with well-maintained and visually appealing recreational areas, contributing to the overall livability of the district.
