Kanopi Residences: High-Rise Development Inspired by Forest Reserve Reaches Structural Completion

Sime Darby Property has marked a significant milestone with the structural completion of Kanopi Residences, its first high-rise development in Elmina City Centre.

The 36-story project, boasting a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM299 million, comprises 499 freehold units and is scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2027. Launched in the fourth quarter of 2024, the development has already achieved a strong market uptake of 90%, indicating a positive reception for high-rise living in the area.
