Kanye West sued for alleged non-payment

Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from a music producer who claims the artist failed to pay for work contributed to the album "Vultures 2." The producer, identified only as John Doe in court documents obtained by TMZ, alleges he was hired just two days before the album's release and was forced to work under extreme pressure without receiving any payment.

According to his testimony, Doe produced more than 400 vocal tracks and developed at least 13 AI voice models. He was also tasked with reconstructing voices, transforming performances to mimic other artists, and incorporating his own material into five of the album's songs. Doe states that West's team acknowledged his contributions in late 2024 and discussed crediting him on digital platforms, even exploring the purchase of rights to his original recordings, but these agreements were never finalized.

The producer claims he repeatedly sought compensation from West's representatives, including Milo Yiannopoulos, but received no response. He is demanding payment of at least $110,000 for his involvement in seven tracks: $80,000 for "Vultures 2" and $30,000 for the song "Bully." Additionally, he seeks compensation for unreleased work and official recognition of his contributions. Neither West nor his team have publicly commented on the lawsuit.
