Karin Bauer launches podcast on the future of work

Long-time journalist Karin Bauer has embarked on a new venture, launching a podcast dedicated to exploring the future of work. Bauer, formerly the head of career and education sections at DER STANDARD and later an editor-in-chief, has partnered with Michael Meyer, a professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Their podcast series, titled "Geht so. Passt schon. Oder? – Der Podcast zur Zukunft der Arbeit" (roughly translated as "It's okay. It fits. Or is it? – The Podcast on the Future of Work"), delves into critical topics surrounding the evolving landscape of employment, education, and societal transformation. The inaugural episodes are now accessible on major podcast platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

This initiative reflects a growing interest in understanding the shifts occurring in the professional world. By bringing together journalistic insight and academic expertise, Bauer and Meyer aim to provide listeners with a comprehensive and engaging discussion on what lies ahead for careers and the workplace.
