All market participants are subject to uniform rules governed by Kazakhstani legislation and Eurasian Economic Union law, with no special conditions for individual entities.

These statements follow reports from Russian media, citing sources, that Wildberries was searching for warehouse space in Kazakhstan, potentially leasing 100,000 square meters. Wildberries had previously stated it was continuing planned logistics development, with two large facilities under construction in Almaty and Astana, and was focused on redistributing goods for efficiency and partner stability.
