KC Luxury's Lavish Lifestyle Videos Resurface After NDLEA Arrest

Videos of social media influencer Afolabi Kazeem Michael, widely known as KC Luxury, displaying his extravagant lifestyle have resurfaced online following his arrest by Nigeria's National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). The NDLEA announced the influencer's arrest on Tuesday, linking him to an alleged international cocaine trafficking cartel. The agency stated that KC Luxury was apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on August 13, 2026, as he was preparing to depart for Paris. Intelligence indicated he was the Nigerian point person for a cartel involved in transporting cocaine from South America through Nigeria to various destinations in Europe and Asia. This development followed the interception of 184.50kg of cocaine, which was concealed for export via a courier logistics channel in Lagos. The NDLEA described this seizure as the largest ever made through a courier company in Nigeria. Following KC Luxury's arrest, a search of his luxury apartment on Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos, uncovered several exotic vehicles. He was also found with €7,750, £2,800, and N100,000 in cash, along with expensive jewelry at the airport. The resurfaced videos, which have been trending on social media, offer a stark contrast to the allegations. They feature KC Luxury showcasing his collection of luxury cars, including two Mercedes-Maybachs reportedly designed by Virgil Abloh, and reflecting on his opulent possessions. In one clip, he questioned the value of material wealth, asking, "When you look at the car you drive from upstairs, are you proud? Are you excited? Does it give you joy?" Another video captured him lamenting a lack of support, stating, "99% advisors, zero helper. Everybody’s an advisor, but when it’s time to help, zero helper. Everybody take off."
