Durant believes these accolades demonstrate a higher level of individual talent within the current 76ers squad.

In contrast, Durant reflected on his championship-winning Warriors team. While acknowledging Stephen Curry and his own MVP status, he noted that players like Klay Thompson, who averaged 22 points per game, and Draymond Green, with averages of 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists, had different statistical contributions. Durant questioned how the 2017 Warriors could be considered superior on paper given the individual honors accumulated by the current 76ers.
