Kim Ji-hoon on Starring with Kim Hye-soo: 'She's 9.9 Reasons I Joined'

Actor Kim Ji-hoon shared his excitement about co-starring with veteran actress Kim Hye-soo in the upcoming Coupang Play series, 'The Problems of Adultery Are Not Adultery.' The series held its press conference on July 28 in Seoul.

The script was so much fun, that was the biggest reason for appearing.

Kim Ji-hoon cited the script as his main reason for joining the project, but quickly added that the chance to work with Kim Hye-soo was a major draw. He confessed to admiring her since childhood, having seen her work extensively and aspiring to emulate her versatility as an actress. He stated that the opportunity to portray a couple with her was the biggest reason for his participation.

The fact that I got to work with senior Kim Hye-soo, whom I have always admired, was a huge reason.

When asked by MC Park Kyung-lim if Kim Hye-soo was the primary reason for his involvement, Kim Ji-hoon playfully responded, "9.9 out of 10 reasons." The series is described as a black comedy about two couples whose lives become entangled through uncontrollable secrets, leading to a chaotic chain of events where even adultery appears insignificant.
