North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, accompanied by his wife Ri Sol Ju and daughter Ju Ae, visited the Sinuiju Greenhouse Complex to inspect its management and operations. The visit, reported by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), underscored the regime's commitment to agricultural advancement.

During the inspection, Kim stressed the critical importance of cultivating vegetables year-round and reducing production costs. He also highlighted the need to increase the use of machinery in greenhouse farming and automate transportation, aligning with the party's key policy directives.

North Korean media released photos showing Ju Ae closely observing the facilities behind her father. Other high-ranking officials present included Kim Yo Jong, the director of the party's general affairs department, and party secretaries Jo Yong Won, Kim Jae Ryong, Ri Il Hwan, and Jong Kyong Thaek.
