Kim Kardashian and her sisters receive legal protection against an alleged stalker

The Kardashian-Jenner family, including Kim, Kendall, Kylie, Khloé, Kourtney, Rob Kardashian, and Kris Jenner, has secured a long-term restraining order against a man accused of stalking them since 2021.

A judge granted the protection order against Robert DeWich, a Colorado resident, in late May. Kris Jenner, a businesswoman, stated that she has no relationship with DeWich and considers him a significant risk to her and her family's safety.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that DeWich is required to maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards from all family members for the next three years. He is also forbidden from making any form of contact, whether in person, via phone, digital media, or postal mail.

Kris Jenner detailed in her statement that DeWich, 40, repeatedly showed up at Kylie Jenner's residence in 2021. Security guards prevented his access on each occasion until his fifth attempt, when he was arrested. Jenner also stated that the man became convinced she was communicating with him and encouraging him to propose to Kylie, only to later change his mind and interfere with the supposed relationship he believed he had with the model.

Jenner further noted that DeWich attempted to contact the family's neighbors, searched for properties near their homes, visited a house close to the Kardashian-Jenner complex, and contacted real estate agents. She added that the alleged stalker has a criminal record for violent offenses, including an incident where he reportedly broke into a home and attacked a sleeping 21-year-old man with a bedside lamp.
