Serving as the director of the General Affairs Department of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Yo Jong is a key figure in the nation's communication and foreign policy. "Our status as a nuclear power is absolutely non-negotiable. We will not tolerate any threat," she stated, according to Yonhap News Agency.
