Korean beef association supports youth soccer players with supplies and domestic beef

The Korean Raised Cattle Association has stepped in to support the growth of young football talent, providing essential training equipment and domestic Korean beef to the Hwaseong SFC U-12 youth football team. The association visited the team in Hwaseong City, 경기, to deliver items including footballs, numbered vests, passing and control rebound boards, agility ladders, goalkeeper gloves, and portable futsal goals.

Beyond equipment, the association also donated sirloin cuts of Korean beef for the players' nutrition. They highlighted that the beef is a vital source of protein for growing athletes and is ideal for boosting stamina during the summer. The initiative seeks to increase awareness and consumption of Korean beef by allowing young people, who require substantial nutrition, to experience the product.

This support follows similar contributions made by the association earlier in the month. They previously sponsored youth athletes in judo at Yongwoon Middle School and Gyeongbuk Science High School in Gyeongbuk, and provided sports equipment to Gyeongseo Middle School's sports club in Daegu and table tennis equipment to Daenam Primary School. They also supplied sports gear to the Nassso Football Club in Suwon and the Shooting Star basketball team in Anseong.
