Korean SMEs to Receive AI Transformation Support Through Partnership with LG CNS and Megazone

The Korea Federation of SMEs (KBIZ) is launching a new initiative to help small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) adopt artificial intelligence. In collaboration with tech giants LG CNS and Megazone, KBIZ will recruit companies for the "2026 Large-Small Win-Win AX Leading Model Project." This program aims to accelerate the AI transformation (AX) within the domestic manufacturing sector.

The project focuses on leveraging the technological expertise of large AI companies to benefit smaller manufacturers. The goal is to facilitate a comprehensive AI transition, extending beyond mere process enhancements to encompass the entire organizational structure. This strategic partnership seeks to bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and the practical needs of the manufacturing floor.

Up to 12 companies will be selected to participate in this pioneering initiative. By integrating the strengths of large corporations with the operational realities of SMEs, the program intends to create a leading model for AI adoption. This effort is expected to boost productivity and competitiveness among South Korea's vital manufacturing base.
