Korean Sports & Olympic Committee receives first incentive for strong management performance

The Korean Sports & Olympic Committee (KSOC) has achieved a significant milestone, receiving its inaugural incentive payment following a positive evaluation of its management performance. This recognition comes in the first year of President Yoo Seung-min's leadership, marking a notable turnaround for the organization.

According to an official announcement, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assessed KSOC's 2025 management performance, awarding it a 'good' rating. This evaluation represents a substantial upgrade from a previous 'unsatisfactory' assessment, signifying a two-step improvement since the committee's integration in 2016.

President Yoo Seung-min expressed his gratitude to the KSOC staff, acknowledging their collective efforts in driving organizational reform and achieving this commendable result.
