KOVO Welcomes New President Lee Ho-jin, Who Vows to Listen to Field Voices

Lee Ho-jin, chairman of the Taekwang Group, officially assumed the presidency of the Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO) on July 3rd, marking the beginning of his term as the 9th president.

The official inauguration ceremony and a subsequent press conference took place at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Lee Ho-jin, who was elected to the position by the KOVO board and general assembly on April 28th, addressed attendees and shared his vision for the federation.

During the press conference, Lee Ho-jin conveyed his awareness of the significant responsibilities accompanying the role. He made a clear commitment to actively engage with and listen to the perspectives of individuals working within the volleyball community, from players to administrators.

His remarks emphasized a dedication to understanding the on-the-ground realities and challenges faced by those involved in the sport. This approach signals an intention to foster a more responsive and collaborative environment within the Korea Volleyball Federation.
