Former Indonesian international Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto has been appointed as the head coach for the Indonesia All Stars team that will face English Premier League club Aston Villa in a pre-season friendly.

The match, scheduled for August 1, 2026, at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta, is part of Aston Villa's Pre-Season Tour Indonesia 2026. The Indonesia All Stars will comprise selected players from the Indonesia Super League, with the full squad list expected soon.
