Kuwait Announces Three-Day Live-Fire Maritime Drill

Kuwait's Ministry of Interior announced a significant live-fire exercise set to take place at the BRAVO maritime site, located between Awah Island and Kubbar Island. The General Department of the Police Air Wing will conduct the drill at an altitude of 3,000 feet above sea level. The exercise is scheduled to run for three days, from July 12 to July 14, with activities occurring daily between 6:00 am and 10:00 am. This training is a key component of the ministry's approved programs, designed to elevate the operational readiness and efficiency of its forces. The primary goal is to strengthen the capabilities of aircrews, ensuring they can perform their duties to the highest safety and security standards. Authorities have issued a strong advisory to all seafarers, fishermen, and boat owners, urging them to steer clear of the designated exercise zone during the specified times.
