Kuwait Launches 'My Numbers' Service on Sahel App to Check Phone Subscriptions

Kuwaiti citizens and expatriates can now easily verify all phone services registered under their names using a new digital tool. The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) has introduced the "My Numbers" service, accessible through the government's unified digital platform, the Sahel app.

This initiative aims to enhance transparency and empower individuals by providing them with a clear overview of their telecommunication subscriptions. Users can log in to the Sahel app and navigate to the "My Numbers" service to view a comprehensive list of phone lines and services associated with their civil identification.
