Kyrgyzstan hosts UIM F1H2O World Championship finale on Issyk-Kul

Kyrgyzstan successfully concluded its hosting of the UIM F1H2O World Championship, with Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev participating in the closing ceremony of the Grand Prix of Kyrgyzstan on Issyk-Kul lake. The event brought together top international powerboat racers and showcased Kyrgyzstan's organizational capabilities on a global stage.

Kasymaliev lauded the championship, stating, "These days Issyk-Kul hosted the world's strongest athletes and the fastest racing cars on water. Kyrgyzstan became the center of world powerboat sports, and millions of viewers around the world were able to see the beauty of our nature, the hospitality of our people, and the potential of our country." He asserted that Kyrgyzstan demonstrated its ability to organize major international events at a high level.

The Prime Minister further highlighted the championship's significance beyond sports, describing it as an important international platform for strengthening friendship, mutual understanding, and cooperation between nations. He extended gratitude to the International Water-Motor Sport Federation (UIM), national federations, organizers, partners, volunteers, security forces, medical personnel, and all contributors to the event's success.

Looking ahead, Kasymaliev affirmed Kyrgyzstan's dedication to continuing the development of international sports infrastructure, hosting world-class competitions, and leveraging sports as a tool for promoting tourism, economic growth, and international collaboration.
