Kyrgyzstan launches construction of 702-apartment complex in Alay district

Construction has commenced on the "Khan-Teni-8" residential complex in Gulcha, located in the Alay district of Kyrgyzstan. The project, initiated by the State Mortgage Company, will provide housing for 702 families and is set to become one of the most significant developments in the Alay region.

The complex will comprise 12 nine-story buildings, offering a total of 324 one-bedroom, 324 two-bedroom, and 54 three-bedroom apartments. Essential infrastructure will be integrated into the complex to support its residents.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, Presidential Affairs Manager Kanybek Tumanbaev emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring accessible and quality housing for residents across all regions, particularly in remote areas. The State Mortgage Company confirmed that the housing program is accessible not only to citizens residing in Kyrgyzstan but also to Kyrgyz nationals working abroad. Additionally, special preferential mortgage conditions are available for young families.
