Kyrgyzstan's Health Ministry and Eldik Bank Sign Cooperation Deal

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and "Eldik Bank" OJSC have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at improving the financial autonomy, management effectiveness, and service quality of state healthcare organizations operating under a pilot program.

The memorandum establishes a framework for a long-term partnership focused on financial support for public health institutions. Eldik Bank will offer a full suite of banking services, including transaction processing, payroll management, remote banking solutions, and the implementation of the "ElKassa" billing system for cashless payments. The bank will also contribute to developing modern banking and payment infrastructure.

Eldik Bank is designated as the primary financial partner for the healthcare organizations involved in the pilot phase. This initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen the financial stability of state medical facilities, refine management mechanisms, and elevate the quality of healthcare services provided to the public.

The cooperation aligns with Presidential Decree No. 331, issued on November 28, 2025, which focuses on enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of Kyrgyzstan's state healthcare organizations. The goal is to integrate advanced financial management tools and support systems within the medical sector.
