Kyrgyzstan's Ilya Sivitsky wins Teen Star International 2026 crown

Ilya Sivitsky, a young representative from Kyrgyzstan, has captured the top title at the Teen Star International 2026 beauty and talent competition held in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The event, which ran from June 30 to July 6, saw Sivitsky present Kyrgyzstan's national costume, introducing attendees to the nation's traditions and showcasing local crafts like the kalpak and felt products.

Beyond the national costume, Sivitsky also impressed with a Thai national costume, an evening look, and a modern dance performance in the talent portion of the competition. His efforts culminated in winning the main title, along with several special awards: Best National Costume, Best Performance, Best Talent, and Photogenic.

International modeling director Aizhamal Osmonova highlighted the significance of Kyrgyz participation in such global events. She stated that these contests help promote national culture, foster the creative potential of young people, and build stronger international connections within the fashion and art industries.
