On April 20, around 3:30 AM, an inspector from the central operational management of the public security service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducting digital surveillance in the southern region, noticed an unknown person breaking into a donation box at the "Al-Bukhari" mosque on the territory of the mosque and stealing money.

The case has been registered under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, pertaining to "Theft."
