Kyrgyzstan Weather: Thunderstorms Expected in Mountainous Regions on June 17

Kyrgyzstan's mountainous areas are bracing for heavy rainfall and thunderstorms on June 17. The weather forecast indicates a significant chance of precipitation, accompanied by thunder, in these elevated regions.

Temperatures across the country are expected to fluctuate. In the Chuy region, daytime highs will reach 31-36 degrees Celsius, with overnight lows between 16-21 degrees Celsius. The Talas region will see slightly cooler daytime temperatures of 28-33 degrees Celsius, and overnight lows ranging from 13-18 degrees Celsius.

Southern regions, including Batken, Osh, and Jalal-Abad, will experience warm conditions with daytime temperatures between 31-36 degrees Celsius. Overnight temperatures in these areas are predicted to be between 19-24 degrees Celsius.

The Issyk-Kul region will be cooler, with daytime temperatures reaching 22-27 degrees Celsius and overnight lows between 9-14 degrees Celsius. Naryn will also see moderate temperatures, with highs of 23-28 degrees Celsius and overnight lows of 7-12 degrees Celsius.

In the capital, Bishkek, residents can expect daytime temperatures of 32-34 degrees Celsius, with overnight temperatures ranging from 19-21 degrees Celsius.
