LA Home social housing project tops out

In a significant development for affordable housing in Vietnam, the LA Home social housing project in Long An province has achieved a major milestone, topping out its two eight-story buildings three months ahead of the original schedule. This achievement, slated for handover in December 2026, underscores the project's efficient construction and the strong collaboration between developer Prodezi, development unit Huong Viet Properties, and general contractor Viteccons.

As the first social housing project in Long An, LA Home is more than just an apartment complex; it's a crucial component of a larger 100-hectare urban development. Residents will benefit from the full spectrum of amenities within the integrated urban area, including a central park, shopping mall, sports complex, and healthcare center, alongside convenient access to external facilities like schools and administrative centers. The apartments themselves are designed for optimal functionality, blending seamlessly with the green living spaces and catering to the practical housing needs of young families in a modern, connected environment.

The timely completion of the social housing component is synchronized with progress on other key infrastructure projects within the LA Home development. This includes the ongoing construction of the 2.2-hectare central park, expected to be operational by June 2026, and the finishing of low-rise housing units in the LA Sol subdivision for Q4 2026 handover. The River Park subdivision is also actively under construction, painting a picture of a rapidly materializing urban landscape.
