La Salem Oldies face Adabraka/Asylum Down Oldies in RENFAG League

Defending champions La Salem Oldies are set to pursue their second victory of the 2026/2027 Retired National Footballers Association of Ghana (RENFAG) League season. They will host Adabraka/Asylum Down Oldies at the La McDan Park on Saturday for a match day three fixture.

La Salem Oldies, having suffered a 1-0 away defeat to Osu Salem Oldies in their previous game, are determined to secure all three points. The team is led by club president Adolph Adjei Tetteh.

The league schedule includes several other matches. Accra East Oldies will host Osu Salem Oldies at the Osu Ako-Adjei Park. La Emmaus Oldies are scheduled to play La Old Stars at the La Salem Park, while Rangoon Oldies face Scarp Rangers at the Prison Park in Cantonment. Group A leaders Osu Tenashie will be hosted by La Gormli Oldies at the La McDan Park on Sunday.

In Group A, leaders Tema Ex-footballers are aiming for their third consecutive win when they play Tema Ex-Footballers at the Mexico Park on Saturday. Veterans KFC will host Ashaiman Oldies at the Oninku Sch. Park. Nungua Oldies face East Legon at the Nungua Town Park, and Legends FC will take on Nungua Veterans at the Bawaleshie Park. Teshie Oldies and Nii Laryea are set to compete at the Teshie Mcdan Park.

Group C leaders Madina Oldies will look to extend their winning streak to three games when they host second-placed Ayawaso KFC at the Madina Estate Park. Nima Oldies play Abokobi Oldies at the Alajo Park, and Amrahia Oldies take on Achimota Oldies at the Nii Amoah Okw. Okaikwei Oldies and Kotobabi Oldies will compete at the Okwahu Park, with Adenta Oldies battling Adenta Comm. Stars at the Adenta Park.

Group D fixtures include Ablekuma South Oldies locking horns with Accra Old Stars at the Indafa Park in Mamprobi. Nii Sabaah Oldies and Ablekuma Central Oldies will battle for points at the Auntie Ako Park. On Sunday, Dansoman Tony Oldies face Ashiedu Keteke Oldies at the Dansoman Tony Park. Nima First Oldies play Awoshie Oldies at the Kanda Clauster of Schools Park, and SCC Oldies will square off against Tony Sunday Stars at the Arthur Moses Park.
