Lagardère Média News Takes 25% Stake in Frontières, Which Is Launching L’Indiscret

A new horizon is opening for Frontières: Lagardère Média News, the group behind Le Journal du dimanche and JDNews, has taken a 25% stake in Artefakt, the company that publishes Erik Tegnér’s investigative media outlet.

Tegnér remains the company’s largest shareholder and will keep operational and editorial control. The investment gives the young outlet the backing of a major publishing group while preserving its current leadership.

The outlet will also expand its format with L’Indiscret, a digital weekly due to launch at the end of September and modeled on confidential newsletters.
