Late MISA Founder's Legacy in Housing and Philanthropy Extolled

Dr. Richard Nyong, Chief Executive of Lekki Gardens Estate, has paid tribute to the late Mr. Muritala Adegboyega Ibrahim, founder of MISA Nigeria Limited, remembering him as a visionary real estate entrepreneur whose impact on housing development and philanthropy will be long-lasting. Nyong's remarks followed the recent inauguration of a 36-unit residential complex.

Nyong highlighted that this initiative perfectly encapsulated Ibrahim's dedication to solving practical social issues through real estate, particularly within the healthcare sector where affordable housing for workers is a persistent challenge. He recalled Ibrahim's inspiration stemming from learning about the housing struggles of a young doctor at the hospital, which led him to create permanent residences instead of offering temporary financial aid.

Beyond his property ventures, Ibrahim was lauded for his commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure and broadening access to quality housing.
