Lawal approves allowances to NYSC members

Governor Dauda Lawal has approved the payment of allowances and stipends for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members serving in Zamfara State. The approval, as stated by the state commissioner for Information and Culture, Mahmud Muhammad Dantawasa, encompasses corps members from Batch A, Stream I and II, through to Batch C, Stream I and II. The state government views this as a way to acknowledge the patriotism, dedication, and selfless service these young individuals provide in critical areas such as education, healthcare, and agriculture.
