Lawyer for Top Officials in Pilnacek Case Criticized for Dual Role as Judge and Attorney

Lawyer Michael Rami is once again facing scrutiny for his dual role as legal counsel and constitutional judge, a position that has repeatedly drawn criticism.

Rami is currently representing several police officers involved in legal proceedings connected to Peter Pilz's book detailing the 'Causa Pilnacek' affair. Simultaneously, he is engaged in disputes before the parliamentary inquiry committee that is investigating the same scandal.
