LH to Supply 290 New Homes in Siheung Geomo Block A-5 Priced at 440 Million Won

The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced it will offer 290 "Shin Shin Hope Town" units in Siheung Geomo Block A-5, marking the first public sale in the area. The development will consist of 435 units in total, with 290 designated for public sale.

All units are a uniform 55 square meters, available in four different layouts. The average sale price is set at approximately 440 million won. While a three-year resale restriction applies, there is no mandatory residency period. Buyers can access a special "profit-sharing mortgage" for "Shin Shin Hope Town" units, allowing loans of up to 70% of the supply price (within 400 million won) at a 1.3% interest rate for up to 30 years.

LH highlighted the development's convenient location, noting that Sinigil Oncheon Station, serving Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line, is a five-minute drive away. A primary school is planned within a five-minute walk, and a waterside park nearby enhances the living environment. Pre-assigned winners can apply starting March 18, with general applications open from March 25 to 26. Winners will be announced in September, and contracts are expected to be signed in December.
