Libya and Algeria agree resumption of flights

In a move set to invigorate bilateral ties and bolster economic activity, Libya and Algeria have officially agreed to resume flights between their nations. This significant development was marked by a signing ceremony held yesterday at the headquarters of the Algerian National Civil Aviation Agency, where an air transport agreement and a crucial memorandum of understanding were finalized. The newly established memorandum of understanding lays out the operational framework for the reinstated flight services. Under its provisions, each designated airline from both Libya and Algeria will be permitted to operate up to 14 passenger flights per week.
