Limited-Edition Honey Chicken a Hit at Taiwan's Dagangshan Honey Festival

The annual Dagangshan Longan Honey Culture Festival in Taiwan has generated significant buzz with its innovative culinary offering: a limited-edition "Longan Honey Salted Crispy Chicken." This unique fusion of sweet and savory flavors proved immensely popular, becoming a central talking point and drawing massive crowds on the opening day. The festival, held in Alian District's Ruyi Park, showcased rigorously tested, award-winning longan honey, despite a reduced yield this year due to climate impacts like a warm winter and drought.
