Lithuanian businesswoman hosts Sicilian-themed evening at home

Kristina Strolienė opened her Kaunas home to more than eighty guests for a Sicilian-themed summer kickoff. The businesswoman, who values "home coziness, intimacy, and that unique atmosphere guests fill the home with," described the event as a sign of trust and respect.

Many people find it unusual to open their home doors to colleagues and partners, but I love people very much, I value home coziness, intimacy, and that unique atmosphere that guests fill the home with.

Guests enjoyed Sicilian decorations in blue, white, and citrus colors, along with Italian music and gourmet food. The menu included bruschetta with tomatoes, arancini with mushroom filling, and traditional tiramisu. "Spritz" cocktails were also served, prepared by the "IZI Party" team.

When a business partner, manager, or colleague invites you to their home – it is a great sign of trust, respect, and love. Perfume creators from other countries – Italy, Spain – especially appreciate this, because according to their traditions, being invited to someone's home is a great honor.

The event offered an experiential space where guests could explore home fragrances and niche perfumes. Strolienė, hosting such an event for the second time, hopes it becomes a tradition to foster community and welcome the summer season.

She noted that even unexpected rain and hail added a "magical" atmosphere. Strolienė emphasized that true value lies in people, not things. "We ourselves are aging, even very quickly, so it is important for me to find time to meet, hug, talk, treat, and reward guests," she said, expressing her love for people.
