Lithuanian services must react more attentively to drone incidents

Lithuanian authorities are enhancing their readiness to respond to potential drone incidents, with a focus on strengthening air defense capabilities and establishing a unified response system. According to MP Remigijus Motuzas, the country's services are now better equipped and prepared to handle such threats more attentively.

The development aims to create a single, coordinated system for responding to aerial incidents. Previously, various services operated independently. The new approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that different agencies work together seamlessly to address any potential dangers posed by drones.

Motuzas affirmed that Lithuanian institutions and the military are prepared for such incidents. The initiative reflects a broader effort to bolster national security against emerging aerial threats, ensuring a more robust and unified defense posture.
