Live broadcast of the TS-LKD convention: Transparency for everyday local government

The Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats, known as TS-LKD, commissioned a political advertisement for a live broadcast of the party’s convention. The promotion carries the theme “Transparency for everyday local government.”

Delfi is scheduled to publish the advertisement on its homepage from Sept. 4 through Sept. 8, 2026, and to keep it in its archive without a fixed end date. The disclosure identifies TS-LKD as the party responsible for preparing the notice.

The listed cost for promoting the broadcast on Delfi is 3,630 euros including VAT. The disclosure says filming costs will be added later, while the VAT rate for the Delfi promotion is 21%, or 630 euros. It lists the source of the political advertising providers’ payments as the European Union.

The notice says complaints about political advertisements that may not meet legal requirements can be sent to reklama@delfi.lt. It also states that the party preparing the notice is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.
