LSP UBSI Secures Five-Year BNSP License Renewal

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (LSP UBSI) has secured a five-year license renewal from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), following a successful verification and assessment process. The renewal, completed on June 19, 2026, is a crucial step for the institution to continue its competency certification services.

A BNSP assessment team, led by Chief License Assessor Muhammad Nur Hayid, evaluated LSP UBSI's adherence to national standards. The team verified the consistent implementation of documents, procedures, and competency certification activities, including compliance with BNSP Guideline 201 and 202, and other related guidelines for competency testing.

Director of LSP UBSI, Firmansyah, stated that the successful relisensing is a testament to the collaborative efforts of all involved. "This success shows that the system we have built operates according to standards and we continue to improve it sustainably," he said on Monday, June 22, 2026. He emphasized that this achievement strengthens confidence in LSP UBSI's role in national competency certification.

"This relisensing is not just administrative, but a form of recognition for our commitment to maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the institution," Firmansyah added. He highlighted the importance of certification in meeting evolving industry demands, ensuring graduates possess skills relevant to the job market. With the renewed license, LSP UBSI aims to enhance its certification services for students, graduates, and the wider community, while continuously improving its certification system.
