Venezuelan infielder Luis Arráez is on the cusp of securing his fourth career batting title, a significant achievement in Major League Baseball. However, his pursuit of this milestone is clouded by the possibility of a mid-season trade, which could complicate his eligibility under league rules.

Arráez, currently with the San Francisco Giants, is a prime trade candidate before the August 3 deadline.
