Luka Dončić's ex-fiancée withdraws child support case

Anamaria Goltes, former fiancée of NBA star Luka Dončić, has withdrawn a child support lawsuit she filed against the Dallas Mavericks player. The case, lodged in a Los Angeles court, sought financial support for their two daughters, Gabriela and Olivia.

Goltes submitted a request to the court to dismiss the case, citing her desire to find a friendly resolution through a mutual agreement that prioritizes the well-being of their children. She also indicated that she might pursue legal action again in the future if deemed necessary.

Dončić's legal team had previously argued for the dismissal of the lawsuit, contending that the case was filed in California, while the children reside permanently in Slovenia. They also claimed Dončić had encouraged Goltes to move with the children to California, an offer she declined, opting instead to settle in Ljubljana in May.

The withdrawal comes after a period of personal and professional challenges for Dončić, who has been managing his NBA commitments alongside developments in his personal life following the couple's separation after several years together.
