Federal Police investigations have uncovered dialogues suggesting lobbyist Roberta Luchsinger claimed to represent Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, in a proposed medicinal cannabis project. Luchsinger allegedly sought a 20% profit from the deal, which she was attempting to sell to the Lula administration.

In recorded conversations, Luchsinger reportedly used the phrase "I am Fábio" to assert her connection to the president's son. The dialogues also indicate her intention to work through Otto Medeiros, a lawyer described as influential in Brasília. Medeiros is reportedly a friend of Supreme Court Minister Kassio Nunes Marques, though Luchsinger's conversations do not explicitly state the minister's involvement in the deal itself.

Sources close to Minister Kassio Nunes Marques dismissed the claims as a distortion of reality or an attempt to sell influence, emphasizing that the lawyer is a friend but not a business partner. The minister himself issued a statement denying any business association with Medeiros and affirming his recusal from cases involving the lawyer at the Supreme Court.

Lulinha's defense stated they could not verify the messages' authenticity and suggested the leaks were politically motivated attempts to influence the 2026 elections.
