French President Emmanuel Macron has honored the late DJ Kavinsky, a prominent figure in electronic music, following the artist's sudden death at the age of 50. Macron shared a tribute on social media, calling Kavinsky a "French pride forever."

Kavinsky, whose birth name was Vincent Belorgey, was discovered deceased at his residence in Paris on Tuesday, July 28. The President's homage was accompanied by an illustration depicting the DJ in his signature red and white bomber jacket, a visual that resonated with fans familiar with his iconic style.
