Major Change in Cyfrowy Polsat Board: Financial Director Resigns

Cyfrowy Polsat announced a significant change in its management board, with Chief Financial Officer Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann resigning after ten years. Ostap-Tomann, who joined the group from TVN in 2009 and took over financial oversight in 2016, will depart the company on July 31. Her resignation is reportedly due to "plans for further professional career development outside the structures of the Polsat Plus Group."

Anna Miller-Pytlak, who has been with the group for over a decade, primarily in telecommunications companies acquired by Zygmunt Solorz and Cyfrowy Polsat, has been appointed to succeed Ostap-Tomann. Miller-Pytlak currently serves as director of the financial reporting and control department and was deputy CFO. Eryk Walkiewicz, responsible for financing and liquidity, will take over as deputy CFO, having been with the group for 30 years.

Tomasz Szeląg, a board member of Cyfrowy Polsat, expressed gratitude to Ostap-Tomann for her "huge contribution to the development and financial stability" of the group, wishing her success in her future endeavors. Ostap-Tomann will remain with Polsat Plus Group as an advisor until September 30 to facilitate a "smooth handover of duties."

The management board is currently preparing a new strategy for the company. This leadership transition occurs at a strategic moment, with the refreshed board facing the challenge of ensuring the group's financial stability and implementing its long-term objectives.
