Man dies after falling during pipe removal at Ansan pharmaceutical factory

A 50-year-old man has died after falling approximately 5 to 6 meters while working on pipe dismantling at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The accident occurred on the afternoon of August 24.

The man, identified as Mr. K, was an employee of an external contractor hired for the pipe removal work. He fell during the operation and was transported to a hospital in critical condition. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
