Man found dead in rented room at Turkish bath in Eskişehir

Workers at a Turkish bath in Eskişehir broke into a rented room after a 71-year-old man failed to leave when his two-hour booking ended.

The man, identified by his initials as N.T., had not responded when employees knocked. They entered after becoming suspicious and found him lying motionless inside.

Police and medical teams arrived after workers called the emergency services. Medical personnel determined that N.T. had died approximately four hours earlier. Authorities transferred his body to a hospital morgue for an autopsy to establish the exact cause of death, and opened an investigation.
