Man held over Dublin incident where car driver at group

A man is being held by gardaí in north Dublin following a disturbing incident in Skerries, Co. Dublin, where a car was driven at a group of people. It was chaos. There was a lot of people hanging around. I saw a massive crowd coming down the road from the top of the pier and watching from here, I just saw a car basically run through the crowd.
